Admitted to Bar in 2009

Remus has extensive practice in consulting and representation, mainly in the area of real estate (restitution claims for nationalized properties and expropriation dispute on real estate transaction) and handled a significant number of civil and commercial cases before the Romanian courts at all levels, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court of Romania.
Prior to joining Rada & Asociații, Remus ran his practice within „Grămescu Remus Lazăr” Individual Law Firm.
Remus was also the vice president of the Romanian Association of Real Estate Agencies during 2004 and 2007 and CEO of the National Union of Real Estate Agencies during 2000 and 2004.

Education

Remus graduated from Law School of Nicolae Titulescu University in 2006, and also the Bucharest University Geology and Geophysics Faculty. He is a member in good standing of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the Romanian Bar (2009).
