Admitted to Bar in 2006

Elena coordinates the firm’s litigation and real estate practice. She advises both national and foreign clients on a wide range of areas including real estate, corporate and commercial, M&A and litigation. Prior to Rada & Asociații, Elena Rada was Associate Lawyer with Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații, Senior Lawyer with Argo Property Management and Head of Legal at Danya Cebus Rom.

Education

Elena graduated from the Law School of Bucharest University in 2004 and a Master in Business Law at the Law School of Nicolae Titulescu University in 2007. She is a member in good standing of the Bucharest Bar Association and of the Romanian Bar (2006).
