In December 2020, Rada & Asociații successfully advised a group of Spanish investors on the sale of 63,876 square meters of land to CTPark, a leading industrial real estate developer. Our legal team, led by Partner Alexandru Rada, provided comprehensive legal counsel and support throughout the transaction process, including:
(i) Advising on transaction structuring and drafting and negotiating the sale and purchase agreement
(ii) Conducting due diligence on the property and securing essential documentation
(iii) Facilitating the negotiation and finalization process on behalf of the Spanish companies
This complex transaction required a deep understanding of Romanian real estate law and a close collaboration with the client to ensure that all of their needs were met.
