In October 2019, Rada & Asociații successfully assisted a client in obtaining EUR 4 million financing from a bank to develop an oncology clinic in the western part of Romania. Our team of experienced lawyers in finance and banking law, led by Partner Elena Rada, reviewed the financing documentation and assisted the client in the negotiation process.
