Admitted to Bar in 2009

Raluca has extensive practice in consulting and representation, mainly in the area of Commercial, Civil, Restructuring and Insolvency. Raluca also handled numerous civil and commercial cases before the Romanian courts at all levels, including the High Court of Cassation and Justice. She also represented many Companies before the Trade Registry Office, the Commercial Chamber and the Arbitration Court. Prior to Rada&Asociatii, Raluca was Senior Lawyer with a midsized Bucharest Law Firm.

Education

Raluca graduated from the Law School of Iași University in 2008 and a Master in European Law at the Law School of Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in 2010. She is a member in good standing of the Iași Bar Association and of the Romanian Bar (2009).
