December 2020. Rada & Asociații assisted two companies of a Spanish group of investors in the process of selling a land with a total area of 63,876 square meters, located in Ilfov County, to the real estate developer CTPark, considered as one of the largest warehouses owners in Romania.
Our legal team, coordinated by Alexandru Rada, provided legal advice and assistance in connection with the structuring of the transaction, as well as obtained the necessary documentation requested by the buyer in the due diligence investigation procedure.
At the same time, our team of lawyers assisted the Spanish companies in the negotiation and signing process.
